The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) signed on the 2nd February a working arrangement with the General Council of the Judiciary of Spain. By this arrangement the European Prosecutors will be allowed to use a network of services, called “Judicial Neutral Point”, giving access to applications and databases of the General Council itself, facilitating investigations into crimes that harm the financial interests of the EU.
The working arrangement will last four years and can be renewed. It will be reviewd by a Mixed Monitoring Commission once a year.
